Mr E. Mokhetle
Edgeworth Mokhetle was born in Diepkloof (Soweto). Edgeworth studied for his B. Proc and LLB
degrees at the University of the North West (Formerly UNIBO) in 1995 and 1997 respectively and
was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in September 2000.
Before his admission as an Attorney. Edgeworth served his articles of clerkship at Ackerman and Mulligan Attorneys in Mahikeng but completed his articles with Mr. Mulligan of Andre Mulligan
attorneys.
Before serving his articles, Edgeworth served as a legal advisor at the Mahikeng Legal Wise branch from 1995 – 1998 whilst studying part-time. He was also employed as a part-time Law
Lecturer at the then Setlogelo Technikon (Mahikeng Branch) from 1998 – 2000.
Edgeworth specializes in personal injury claims, medical negligence matters, labour and dispute resolution matters.
Edgeworth is a member of the National Association of Democratic Lawyers (NADEL) and an
examiner of Attorneys Entrance Examinations.
Edgeworth is a former partner of the erstwhile Kgomo Mokhetle Tlou (KMT) Attorneys, which
was founded in January 2001.
